24/7 Ambulance Services

At the Emergency unit, we offer 24/7 ambulance services to ensure that patients receive immediate medical attention and transportation to our facility in emergencies. Our ambulances are equipped with advanced life support systems and staffed by trained paramedics to provide critical care en route.

Emergency Unit


At the Emergency unit, we ensure a seamless process of receiving, treating, and discharging patients. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care from the moment a patient arrives until they
are safely discharged or admitted or referred for further treatment.
Our mission is to deliver precise and reliable emergency services to enhance patient care. We continuously strive for excellence and innovation in all aspects of our emergency care.

Medical Emergencies

Our department is equipped to handle a wide range of acute medical conditions:

  • Cardiac Emergencies: Management of heart attacks, arrhythmias, and congestive heart failure.
  • Stroke Care: Rapid assessment and treatment, including administration of clot-busting drugs.
  • Respiratory Distress: Treatment for asthma attacks, exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) and other breathing difficulties.

Surgical Emergencies

We provide initial Assessment and Triage which include Rapid evaluation to determine the severity of conditions and immediate care for patients requiring urgent surgical intervention:

  • Appendicitis: Diagnosis and preparation for surgical intervention.
  • Acute Abdominal Pain: Evaluation and treatment for conditions like gallstones, pancreatitis, or bowel obstruction.
  • Orthopedic Injuries: Treatment for fractures, dislocations, and severe sprains.
  • Trauma, Accident, and Burn Treatment and Management
  • Our Trauma Unit is specialized in handling severe injuries:
  • Initial Assessment and Triage: Rapid evaluation to determine the severity of conditions.
  • Resuscitation: Immediate care for life-threatening injuries, including airway management, bleeding control, and shock treatment.
  • Burn Care: Assessment and treatment of burn injuries, including pain management and wound care.

Diagnostic Services

Imaging

  • X-rays: Quick imaging to identify fractures, infections, and other conditions.
  • CT scans: Detailed imaging for diagnosing internal injuries and other conditions.
  • Ultrasound: Evaluating conditions like gallstones, abdominal pain, and pregnancy-related issues.
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG) & Echocardiography (ECHO): to monitor and assess heart conditions.
  • ECGs are performed on-site to provide immediate insights into cardiac health, aiding in the rapid diagnosis and treatment of heart-related emergencies.

Laboratory Testing

  • Blood Tests: Rapid tests for infection markers, blood counts, electrolyte levels, and cardiac enzymes.
  • Urinalysis: Testing for infections, kidney stones, and other conditions.

Emergency Procedures

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

  • Basic and Advanced Life Support: Immediate resuscitative efforts for cardiac arrest patients.
  • Defibrillation: Use of AEDs and advanced defibrillators to manage life-threatening arrhythmias.
  • Intubation and Airway Management
  • Endotracheal Intubation: Securing the airway in patients unable to breathe adequately.
  • Ventilation Support: Mechanical ventilation for severe respiratory failure.
  • Wound Care and Minor Surgical Procedures
